Why me?

I am a qualified primary teacher and former English Lead, with extensive experience delivering high-impact targeted interventions and workshops across all primary year groups. I have a strong understanding of curriculum progression, age-related expectations, and the steps required to move pupils securely through learning, from consolidation to greater depth.

I have worked closely with senior leadership teams to design and deliver support that improves outcomes, confidence, and independence, particularly in writing and mathematics. I have experienced the realities of school improvement first-hand, having worked through an Ofsted cycle as part of a new leadership team with a clear focus on raising standards. During this time, interventions and teaching strategies were aligned with whole-school priorities, contributing to improved attainment and depth of understanding.

My work is grounded in a clear understanding of classroom practice, assessment, and the pressures schools face. I deliver structured, purposeful support that complements existing provision, supports staff, and helps pupils make measurable progress.
